Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.
This is one of the largest covered markets in the world
with more than 58 streets, over 1,200 shops, and has between 250,000 and 400,000 visitors daily.
It is well known for its jewelry, pottery, spice, and carpet shops. This shop sells evil eye wall hangings
that are supposed to keep bad things away from you and bring you good luck. Evil eyes are sold
everywhere. The shop also is selling evil eye and other types of bracelets.

fruits and vegetables at every meal, and tomatoes and cucumbers
were served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everywhere we went.

Yeni Mosque minaret. A minaret is a tall slender tower, circular or square in section,
built next to or in a mosque, from which Muslims are called to prayer.

The Spice Bazaar.
It is one of the oldest bazaars in the city. It is the second largest
covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar and was built in the 17th century as an extension of the
New Mosque (Yeni Mosque) to help fund its charitable operations.
