Passo Cir, Forcella Ciampai and Rifugio Puez
Our final day of hiking, we hiked a sometimes steep
rocky trail through towering pinnacles up to
the Cir Pass and then Forcella Ciampai Pass, eventually
eating lunch at Rifugio Puez, then hiked down to Corvara.

From Passo Cir, there was an optional longer option to
summit of Sass
Ciampac (8,770 ft.). This photo shows
some of the trail leading up to Sass Ciampac.

Beautiful valley on our way to Rifugio Puez from the summit

The rifugio where we had lunch had two pet rabbits that were wandering
around outside the rifugio. They were quite cute.

Here's another of the pet rabbits

Hiking downhill from Rifugio Puez back to Corvara, we
saw different views of Mt. Sassongher (high mountain on the left),
the mountain that towers over Corvara
